By accessing or using datajobs.ai ("datajobs," "we," "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

datajobs is a job board and recruitment platform for AI and ML talent. We connect job seekers with employers and facilitate applications. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. Accounts are non-transferable.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or illegal content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download data without permission
• Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications
• Violate laws or infringe on others' rights
• Circumvent security measures or abuse the platform

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Job Postings & Applications

Employers are responsible for the accuracy of job postings and compliance with employment laws. Candidates grant employers the right to review their application materials when they apply. datajobs does not guarantee hiring outcomes or verify employer credentials beyond our vetting process.

6. Fees & Payments

Certain features may require payment. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions until you cancel.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by datajobs. You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Service.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF CONTENT. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DATAJOBS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Changes & Termination

We may modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may terminate or restrict access at any time. You may close your account at any time. Sections 7–10 survive termination.
