- Candidate profiles you import or add to Hiring Projects
- Assessment and interview artifacts generated in the product
- Usage and security logs

We use data to operate the hiring workspace, generate AI-assisted candidate intelligence, deliver assessments, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information. We do not train public models on your proprietary hiring data.
