Datajobs.ai is a talent network for hiring data professionals from Latin America. This website does not require an account. Blind profiles shown on the landing page are anonymized examples. We do not invent or publish candidate identities, and we do not sell personal data.
This policy describes our current practices. It is not a certification that Datajobs.ai is compliant with every privacy law, and it does not claim GDPR, LGPD, HIPAA, or SOC 2 certification.
Information we collect
We collect information that you choose to send us and limited technical information created when you use the site.
Information submitted through forms may include:
- Contact information, such as name, email address, company name, and other details you enter in a company intake or engineer application.
- Professional information, such as role, stack, seniority, location, compensation expectations, or hiring needs.
- CV or resume information if you attach or paste it in an application form.
- Messages and scheduling details if you book a conversation through our scheduling link.
Analytics information may include page views, approximate location derived by the analytics provider, device and browser type, referring URL, and interaction events such as button clicks or section views. We do not send email addresses, names, phone numbers, CV content, or form answers to Google Analytics.

We use third-party services to operate this website. Those providers process information on our behalf or as independent controllers of their own platforms:
- Tally hosts the company intake and engineer application forms. Tally receives whatever you submit there, including contact details, professional information, and any CV or resume you attach.
- Calendly hosts appointment scheduling. If you book a call, Calendly processes the scheduling information you provide. Booking details are not sent to Google Analytics by Datajobs.ai.
- Google Analytics measures website use after you accept analytics cookies. See the Cookie Policy for how that preference works.
Those providers have their own privacy terms. Using their forms or scheduling tools is also subject to their policies.
Retention
We keep submitted information for as long as needed to respond to your request, operate talent matching, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We then delete or de-identify it when we no longer need it. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics provider.
International processing
Datajobs.ai works with companies and engineers across countries. Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may not provide the same legal protections as your home country.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No website or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.
